These Are the Most Urgent AI Risks, According to 272 Experts

This is why the researchers’ analysis should be seen more as a warning of the need to be ready than as a prediction of an impending disaster.

The idea is not to anticipate the worst case scenario.

The idea is to make sure that the world will be ready in case powerful AI technologies pose challenges to which the existing institutions have no answers.
